Leading U.S. Securities & Capital Markets Lawyer Alex Bafi Joins Hughes Hubbard & Reed in Paris

Paris and New York, October 1, 2024 – Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP announced today that Alex Bafi has joined as a partner in the firm’s Securities & Capital Markets Group. He will be based in the Paris office.

Bafi has extensive experience in U.S. securities including equity and debt capital markets, as well as high yield financing. He regularly advises investment banks and corporations on a wide range of complex and innovative offerings and has advised on more than €50 billion of transactions since 2017.

Bafi’s work focuses on various markets including France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Greece, North Africa and the Middle East. He is fluent in French, Italian, and Arabic, and also has a working knowledge of Turkish and Spanish.
