May 1, 2024 – On May 1, Kevin Carroll spoke on a panel hosted by Business Executives for National Security (BENS).

The panelists discussed the importance of public-private partnerships in security, as part of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The IVLP brings together government officials from ally nations with federal, state, and local law enforcement, and private sector representatives to address transnational security threats.

Kevin was joined by fellow panelists and BENS members Rob Palmer and Deborah Curtis. BENS Chairman Mark Gerencser moderated the panel.
