December 2024 – The firm advised Wipro on its $40 million acquisition of U.S.-based IT services consulting firm Applied Value Technologies.

The deal closed on Dec. 16.

Founded in 1945, Wipro is India's fourth-largest information technology services firm. It provides cloud computing, computer security, artificial intelligence and other technology consulting services to customers in 167 countries.

Based in Massachusetts with offices in Singapore and the Netherlands, Applied Value Technologies offers enterprise application development and support services globally.
