Firm Reps Rheinmetall in Acquisition of Loc Performance Products

August 14, 2024 – Hughes Hubbard is representing Rheinmetall AG, a German technology group for mobility and security, in its pending acquisition of Loc Performance Products for a total purchase price of $950 million. The closing is subject to antitrust and other regulatory approvals.

The acquisition provides Rheinmetall with key capabilities in the U.S. and enables it to more effectively and comprehensively supply the U.S. Department of Defense. Read the full press release.
