Yoshinori Sasao is an associate in the Litigation department of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and a member of the firm's Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice group. His practice focuses on advising large multinational clients regarding anti-corruption compliance, internal investigations, and due diligence, including with respect to the engagement of third parties. He also has experience with securities litigation and international arbitration. He has been involved in a number of complex international matters, including representing Big Four accounting firms and the trustee in the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) liquidations of Lehman Brothers Inc. and MF Global Inc.
