Wilson Wang is a litigation associate in Hughes Hubbard’s New York office. Wilson focuses on representing clients in transnational and complex commercial disputes, including litigations before the U.S. federal and state courts and international arbitrations administered under AAA, HKIAC, and CIETAC rules. He is also experienced in assisting clients with internal investigations worldwide and in response to regulatory enquiries from U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice. Wilson also advises clients on their sanctions and compliance matters relating to multilateral development banks (MDBs), including the World Bank Group, African Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Wilson worked in the litigation department of a leading global law firm in Shanghai, focusing on international arbitration, anti-corruption compliance and investigations, and cross-border transactions for US and international clients.
