He was particularly active in the hospitality sector, representing leading hotel and resort owners and operators. He also represented owners and developers in development deals, including the development of a 100-acre town center and the development of mixed-use projects. In addition to these areas, he was involved in the formation of equity joint ventures, offshore equity investment funds and related investment vehicles, and co-branding and franchise structures. An area of particular interest for Bill were public/private partnerships-- long-term agreements between municipalities and private developers to develop projects financed with tax increment and other municipal bond financings, as well as conventional debt and equity sources.
