Tom is an associate in the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and a member of the firm’s Corporate department. Tom provides strategic counsel and support on a range of commercial and corporate transactions to clients. He has experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property licensing agreements, complex collaboration and development agreements, data privacy, mergers & acquisitions, and other matters related to the media, technology and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Tom served as Senior Counsel at Nielsen where he also worked as an intern in Nielsen’s Legal department while attending law school. He was also an attorney in the Capital Markets group of another large law firm.
