Steven DiCesare is a litigator in the firm’s New York office. He focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation in the areas of product liability and pharmaceuticals with particular emphasis on eDiscovery, written discovery and case management issues. He has over 15 years’ experience in defending numerous complex litigations involving prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, consumer products, asbestos and tobacco. He also has represented domestic corporations and individuals in trade secret, antitrust and various commercial disputes. Mr. DiCesare is the director of the Firm’s Practice Support group. He is also on the Board of Directors of Urban Pathways, Inc. a non-profit organization specializing in assisting the homeless.
