Prior to Ralph’s retirement, he was a partner in Hughes Hubbard’s New York office and chair of its global real estate practice. His practice included foreign investments in United States real estate; acquisitions and mergers involving real estate; hotel representations and transactions; airport transactions; structured and auction sales of performing and nonperforming real estate loans; and real estate financings, leases, purchases, sales and related matters.
Ralph is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
He now is the Executive Director of the Nassau County Village Officials Association, a member of the board of the Town of North Hempstead Community Development Authority and Vice Chair of the Water Authority of Great Neck North. Previously, he served as the mayor of the Village of Great Neck, president of both the NCVOA and GNVOA and a member of the executive committee of NYCOM.
