Timothé Radosavljevic is an international practitioner at Hughes Hubbard’s Paris office and a member of the firm’s Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance and Sanctions, Export Controls & Anti‑Money Laundering practice groups.
Timothé advises multinational companies on anti-corruption issues. In this capacity, he assists them with creating and implementing their compliance programs and supports them in carrying out compliance audits and internal investigations. Timothé also advises clients on compliance with EU and US sanctions and export controls, including the review and negotiation of contractual clauses, product classification and the conduct of compliance reviews.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Timothé interned with international organizations, at the United Nations and the European Commission, where he worked on various issues relating to the liability of these institutions, and assisted in their representation in administrative, civil and commercial litigation. Timothé also completed an internship with an international law firm, where he was trained in white-collar crime and compliance, with a particular focus on environmental criminal law.
