Pete Shaker is an associate in the New York City office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Pete has over a decade of experience in antitrust, bankruptcy, securities, mergers and acquisitions, product liability, healthcare, class action, and regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Pete was an eDiscovery and Litigation support attorney at various AmLaw 100 Firms.
Pete earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor’s degree in History at Columbia University.
