Mélinée Aprikian is an associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Paris office and a member of the firm’s Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice group.
Mélinée advises clients on matters involving human rights and anti-corruption compliance and internal investigations. She assists multinational companies with designing and implementing their compliance programs, as well as the performance of compliance reviews, internal investigations, and risk assessments.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Mélinée interned at the United Nations and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs where she worked on business and human rights. She was also a trainee lawyer at law firms in Paris and the legal department of an international infrastructure company, where she focused on compliance matters and white-collar criminal litigation.
Mélinée is a tutor at the Sciences Po Law School Clinic, supporting students with a project relating to responsible investment.
