Mark Denham is a partner in the Corporate and Finance group of Hughes Hubbard & Reed in Miami. Mark routinely advises financial institutions, leasing companies and corporate clients in a broad range of transactions, with primary focus on international lending and finance transactions. He has extensive experience in aviation related matters (both in respect of commercial and business aviation), including aircraft leases and loans, pre-delivery payment financings, warehouse facilities, securitizations, EETCs and aircraft purchases/sales. He also has significant experience in distressed debt portfolio acquisitions (both domestic and international), restructurings, international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, product distribution, and general corporate and commercial matters.
