Jocelin Hody is an international practitioner in Hughes Hubbard’s Paris office in the Litigation department. She is a member of the firm’s Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice group.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Jocelin was an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office where she investigated and prosecuted a variety of felony cases, including financial fraud, violent crimes, and narcotics trafficking. She has experience trying numerous cases to verdict.
Prior to serving as a prosecutor, Jocelin was an associate at another top-tier law firm in New York and Washington, D.C., where focused on white-collar litigation, including a cross-border investigation for a German multinational automotive manufacturing company and was a member of the trial team representing former Virginia Governor, Robert F. McDonnell, in the landmark case, McDonnell v. United States.
