Prior to Jerry’s retirement, he was a tax partner in Hughes Hubbard’s New York office. He focused on the tax aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, joint ventures, liquidations and other financial transactions.
Jerry was a member of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Corporations and the Tax Section of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
