Hind Al Aissi is an associate in the Paris office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and a member of the Litigation and Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice groups. Hind assists clients with matters involving the French Sapin II Law, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.K. Bribery Act, international anti-corruption law and compliance, and third-party due diligence.
Hind is also involved in international dispute resolution cases before different forums. She advises clients on several aspects of international investments, mostly in the energy and extractive industries.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Hind worked in the international arbitration and public international law groups of several major international law firms in New York and Paris. While in law school, she was a research assistant for Professor George A. Bermann and a researcher at Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment (CCSI). At CCSI, Hind focused on topics of transparency and business & human rights protection in extractive industries investments and land-based investments in Africa.
