Helena Soilihi is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed's Paris office and a member of the firm's Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice group.
Helena assists clients with matters involving anti-corruption laws and human rights compliance, including the design and implementation of anti-corruption compliance programs.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Helena worked for a variety of organizations such as banks, private equity firms and law firms where she focused on corporate social responsibility & ESG, compliance issues and regulatory matters. Helena also interned at the Prime Minister’s General Secretary for European Affairs, where she worked on European matters, especially related to Brexit negotiations.
