Adam is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy department, where he focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring and commercial litigation.
While in law school, Adam was a judicial intern for Judge John P. Mastando III of the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court. Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Adam worked extensively with emerging companies, both in-house at a startup and as outside counsel during his tenure as a summer associate at Gunderson Dettmer.
