Guillaume Roche is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed's Paris office and a member of the firm's Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice group.
Guillaume assists clients with
matters related to anti-corruption and human rights, including the design and
implementation of compliance programs, the performance of compliance reviews, and
the management of internal investigations. He has developed a particular
expertise on the implementation of the French Sapin II Law, and anti-corruption
compliance audits performed by the French anti-corruption agency (AFA).
Prior to joining Hughes
Hubbard & Reed as an associate, Guillaume was an attorney at a boutique law
firm focusing on cross-border matters, including anti-corruption compliance, and
was a compliance officer at EDF Renewables. He also completed internships in
several international law firms, including at Hughes Hubbard & Reed as a
trainee lawyer.
