Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Ernesto was an associate in the debt & financing practice group at Ritch, Mueller & Nicolau in Mexico City, in-house counsel for the International Finance Corporation’s Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean area and international associate at Clifford Chance (NY). Ernesto focused primarily on cross-border loans, syndications and corporate matters.
