Enguerrand is an associate at the Paris office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
He represents public and private entities in international arbitration. He has participated in both institutional (ICC, UNCITRAL, CCJA, CMAP, and professional associations), and ad hoc arbitrations, in French and English, involving a variety of sectors, including real estate, aeronautics, construction and security.
He is also involved in peri-arbitral proceedings (appeals for annulment of awards, enforcement of awards in France and abroad, etc.).
Enguerrand also assists public and private entities with their projects and project financing, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors and in Africa.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Enguerrand spent almost four years in an international law firm in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, and before that, practiced with an independent lawyer specializing in international arbitration and OHADA law.
He has dual qualifications in civil and common law, as well as management and corporate finance training after completing a master’s in business school.
