Elizabeth
A. Beitler is an associate in the
firm’s Corporate Reorganization and Litigation departments. She represents domestic and international companies
restructuring their financial affairs, as well as creditors in Chapter 7 and
Chapter 11 bankruptcies and adversary proceedings. Elizabeth also represented the SIPA Trustee of
Lehman Brothers Inc. and currently represents the Trust Administrator of the
Lehman Brothers Inc. Liquidating Trust. In
addition, Elizabeth has experience in internal investigations, including both
anti-corruption and SEC compliance.
Elizabeth also maintains an
active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration and Social
Security cases.
