Antonia Duboeuf is an international practitioner at Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Paris office and a member of the Firm’s Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice.
Antonia advises multinational companies on anti-corruption issues and internal investigations. In this capacity, she assists multinational companies with the development and implementation of their compliance programs, as well as conducting internal investigations and risk assessments.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Antonia interned with a Big Four audit and advisory firm, where she worked on issues relating to enforcement of the Sapin II Law and combatting money laundering and financing of terrorism (LCB/FT), and participated in financial and accounting investigations. She also interned as a trainee lawyer at Parisian law firms, where she focused on compliance and white-collar crime issues.
