Drew Bader is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s New York office in the Corporate department.
Drew has a broad range of experience representing clients in domestic and cross-border mergers, strategic acquisitions, corporate restructurings and general corporate governance and formation matters.
While in law school, Drew was a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin Glenn at the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York. He was also a legal intern at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and was a legal extern for the enforcement division at FINRA. Drew was a summer associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
