Debra is an associate in the Miami office of Hughes Hubbard and Reed. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate department.
Prior to joining the firm, Debra was an associate at Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher in New York City. She was a member of their Finance group where her work focused on representing public companies, private equity sponsors, and debt funds in a wide array of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sherry Klein Heitler at the New York Supreme Court in New York County.
