Donald Casey is a senior associate in the New York City office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group.
Donald has a broad range of experience leading complex, multi-step M&A transactions across diverse industries in both the public and private sectors for strategic purchasers and large private-equity clients. He has managed large, multi-disciplinary transaction teams and provided strategic counsel on intricate corporate structures, governance agreements and financing arrangements.
Prior to joining the firm, Donald was a senior associate in the Corporate and Financial Services group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and an associate in the Corporate Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Donald also has experience in a variety of in-house roles at companies across a number of industries.
Prior to attending law school, Donald worked as an analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in the Asset-Backed Securities department.
