Prior to Bob’s retirement, he was a partner in Hughes Hubbard’s Jersey City office. His active commercial litigation and arbitration practice included domestic and international banking, derivatives, commodities, insurance, class action defense, workouts, creditors’ rights, complex fraud and product liability.
Bob was a member of the litigation section of the American Bar Association and President of the Dean’s Council of Vanderbilt Law School.
