Anthony Kasper is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Corporate practice. He has worked in and researched
various areas of securities law, trusts & estates, and corporate finance.
Prior
to law school, Anthony worked as a web developer and data warehousing
specialist for the New York City Department of Finance and for a private retail
company. During law school, Anthony clerked for both the New York City
Department of Mental Health and Hygiene and a corporate law firm before working
as a summer associate at Hughes Hubbard.
