Anders Seah is an associate in
the New York office of Hughes Hubbard and Reed in the Corporate department.
Anders represents global and regional public and private companies and private equity funds on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments, corporate restructurings, and strategic acquisitions.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Anders worked at Allen & Gledhill LLP, Singapore’s preeminent law firm for mergers and acquisitions. Anders also served in the Commandos, the special forces unit of the Singapore Armed Forces.
