Amy E. Schwaller

Amy E. Schwaller is a Senior Analyst with over twenty years of experience in product liability litigation.  Amy provides litigation support to trial teams in various capacities of pre-trial, and trial activities including case management, fact investigation, document analysis, analysis of discovery documents, and exhibit preparation.

Amy has extensive experience in identifying, evaluating, developing and preparing expert witnesses for product liability litigation. She has assisted in the development of expert witnesses in the fields of communication, history, marketing, polling and risk perception and has experience in creating demonstratives, outlines, reports and resource materials for witnesses. She has also provided administrative support to witness development teams.

Amy has served in various liaison roles in product liability and employment litigation, and has experience in archive and records management, document collection and review, and analysis of data for purposes of forecasting litigation trends.
