Nancy Albanese is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Hughes Hubbard & Reed. She started at the firm in 1984 and since 1994 has overseen all offices for human resources, benefits and hiring, earning high marks for her performance. Ms. Albanese currently belongs to the American Management Association and has previously been a member of ALA. She has an extensive background in establishing and implementing human resources initiatives that reflect the firm’s vision, developing and planning human resources strategies to support the firm, developing prudent recruiting initiatives, and functioning as a strategic business advisor to the firm’s senior leadership. Prior to her career at Hughes Hubbard, Ms. Albanese attended Adelphi University.
