Adèle Bourgin is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed's Paris office and a member of the firm's Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice group.
Adèle assists companies in formalizing and implementing their human rights policies and processes and conducts trainings and awareness sessions on these subjects. Notably, she advises companies as part of their duty of care. She also assists clients in matters involving anti-corruption compliance and compliance matters more broadly. Her practice focuses on French, U.S. and U.K. anti-corruption laws.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Adèle interned at the International Criminal Court and an international law firm where she worked on business and human rights. She also interned for French and international law firms, where she focused on compliance matters and white-collar criminal litigation.
Adèle is a tutor at the Sciences Po Law School Clinic. She also participates as a volunteer lawyer in the “365 days for women’s rights = 365 lawyers” program and is registered on the Legal Aid list to help victims of domestic violence.
