Erin is a member of Hughes Hubbard's Corporate Reorganization & Bankruptcy group and was promoted to partner in January 2022. Her practice, which focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring and commercial litigation, includes the representation of debtors and creditors in a wide range of matters. 

Remy joined Hughes Hubbard as a partner in June 2021. A member of the firm’s Arbitration group, he represents clients in international arbitrations across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, transportation, pharma, banking, and telecommunications.

Amina is a member of Hughes Hubbard’s Litigation department and was promoted to partner in January 2022. She has successfully represented clients in, among other diverse matters, securities litigation, employment litigation, auditor defense, products liability litigation, and bankruptcy and SIPA litigation.

Thomas joined Hughes Hubbard as a partner in May 2021. A member of the firm’s Aviation group, he has extensive experience representing a variety of aviation industry clients. He has represented financiers for numerous aircraft transactions in airline reorganizations, including the aircraft manufacturer Embraer in the Chapter 11 proceedings of Republic Airways. 

Christine (Yi) Kang is a partner in the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed in the Litigation department and leads the China Arbitration practice. Christine has significant experience in resolving cross-border disputes and enjoys a high reputation in international arbitration. She also has extensive and successful experiences in Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) sanction matters.

Scott joined Hughes Hubbard as a corporate partner in June 2021. His practice focuses on counseling corporate clients, including public and private companies and private equity firms, with respect to mergers and acquisitions matters.

Marie-Agnès is a member of Hughes Hubbard’s Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations group and Litigation department in Paris, and was promoted to partner in January 2022. She has experience representing clients in enforcement actions by the French prosecution services, anti-corruption controls by the French Anti-Corruption Agency, and inquiries by foreign regulators.

Charles joined Hughes Hubbard as a partner in May 2021. He is a co-chair of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice and has more than 20 years of experience dealing with the executive compensation and benefits aspects of public and private transactions, disclosure requirements concerning compensation and employee benefits, and compensation matters related to internal corporate governance investigations.

Malik is a partner in Hughes Hubbard’s Litigation practice and a member of the firm’s Arbitration and Antitrust practice groups. Malik has worked on complex commercial disputes, with a focus on international, commercial and investment arbitration. He has been engaged in AAA/ICDR, ICSID, ICC, JAMS, and PCJ arbitrations, and represented both sovereign and investors parties in treaty arbitration. He has experience with the oil and gas, nuclear energy, aerospace and defense, life science, pharmaceuticals, financial services and technology, and news media industries, among others.
